Step 1: Place Your Order
The journey starts when you decide to mark your milestone and place an order on our website. You choose how many awards you want, check out, and right after that, you’ll see a page where you can upload your funded certificate(s).
If you don’t have your files ready, no stress—we’ll send you a link so you can upload them later. Once we have your certificates, that’s when the magic starts.
Step 2: Prepping Your Design
Your certificate goes straight to our design team.
They check everything to make sure the layout fits perfectly, the text is crystal clear, and your certificate looks sharp.
This step is all about making sure we do justice to your achievement - nothing leaves the design stage until it’s 100% ready to print.
Step 3: UV Printing on Premium Acrylic
Next up, production. We use high-quality, laser-cut acrylic plaques. Your design is printed directly onto the acrylic using UV printing.
What’s cool about UV printing is that it gives you rich, deep colors and sharp details that won’t fade over time. It’s not a sticker or paper insert—it’s printed right on the plaque itself, making it durable and premium.
Step 4: Setting and Polishing
After printing, each plaque is cured with UV light, which locks in the design and makes it scratch-resistant. Then it’s carefully polished to give it that clean, glossy finish you’ve seen in our photos.
Step 5: Packed with Care and Shipped to You
Finally, your award is wrapped up securely, boxed, and shipped straight to your door. You’ll get a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.
